Iyengar Hatha Yoga Training in Rishikesh India

The YTT India Yoga School offers a chance to those who wish to experience Yogic life and reside at the Yoga Ashram in complete spiritual environment. They are encouraged to take part in the daily Yoga classes, Meditation practices, Vedic and life philosophy discussions as well as Karma Yoga (selfless service). We recommend a minimum stay of One weeks to derive benefit from the yogic lifestyle at the ashram, although we also accept requests for shorter stays. There are two classes daily, three meals and time for reading, reflection and walks by the nature in the middle of the day.

We organize Yoga Alliance accredited Intensive Iyengar Yoga Training & Intensive Hatha Yoga Training for small group of students. These Yoga Training Course are taught by our highly experienced and dedicated teachers and provide intensive yoga training and internationally acredited certificate. The total cost of the program is 750 USD.

Iyengar Yoga emphasizes precise, detailed alignment, hands-on guidance, the use of props as aids, and teachers with extensive, on-going Yoga Teacher Training. Within our fully equipped studio, students can access an authentic version of Iyengar's systematic and comprehensive approach to hatha yoga. Each student has an opportunity to work at one's own level, progressing gradually as the body allows. Specific needs related to injuries or physical limitations are carefully accommodated. Our internationally certified yoga teachers have extensive on-going training, and offer precise, hands on guidance, and use of props as aids.
